The “Premium Beer Production Equipment Investment Project” at Saigon Beer – Cu Chi Brewery is an expansion and upgrade of the production line for Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation (SABECO) to meet the growing demand for premium beer products.

Phuoc Thanh served as the main contractor, executing the entire scope of construction, finishing, and MEP systems for a total floor area of 50,000 m², ensuring strict compliance with technical standards and food safety requirements in beer production.

This project plays a crucial role in SABECO’s strategy to develop new premium products and enhance production capacity in Southern Vietnam.

GREENFEED ANIMAL FEED & VETERINARY PRODUCT R&D CENTER

Phuoc Thanh executed the basic construction and external infrastructure of the GREENFEED Animal Feed & Veterinary Product R&D Center – a 1-storey, 2,152 m² facility in Phuc Long Industrial Park, Long An; commenced in 06/2022 and completed in 11/2022, strengthening R&D capacity and supporting the sustainable development of Vietnam’s animal feed and veterinary industry.

VINATEX BUILDING

Phuoc Thanh executes the structural, M&E, fire protection, elevator, and shell & core finishing works for Vinatex Building—a 24-storey, 1-basement office complex with a gross floor area of 13,442 m² in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City—commenced in June 2020 and scheduled for completion in December 2024, set to become a modern headquarters and architectural highlight of the city centre.

GREEN RIVER APARTMENTS – HUNG PHAT

Phuoc Thanh acted as the D&B general contractor for the Green River project – a 20-story building with 2 basement levels and a total area of 198,181 m² in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City. Construction began in March 2017 and was completed in December 2020, delivering a modern living environment and supporting the urban growth of western Ho Chi Minh City.

THE SUMMIT APARTMENT – DA NANG

The Summit – Da Nang project, invested by Dat Kinh Tuyen No. 1 Co., Ltd., is located in Son Tra District with a scale of 1 basement floor, 20 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 43,000 m². Phuoc Thanh constructed the main structure, delivering on time and to technical standards, contributing to the supply of premium apartments and the development of Da Nang’s urban infrastructure.
