The People’s Security University project, invested by the university itself, is located in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The development provides a total gross floor area of 13,000 m², encompassing renovation, upgrading, and new expansion works.
Phuoc Thanh Construction undertook the renovation, upgrading, and new-build expansion of the entire facility, commencing in September 2009 and completing in July 2011, strictly adhering to the investor’s schedule, quality requirements, and technical standards.
This project enhances training and research infrastructure for the security and police forces, meeting the demand for modern teaching and learning in the southern region.
