The Luthai Tan Chau Spinning Mill project, invested by Lu Thai (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., is located at Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster, Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province.

The project consists of a single-story facility with a total construction floor area of 26,000 m², including a spinning workshop, cotton warehouse, yarn warehouse, as well as auxiliary works and infrastructure for Zone A.

Phuoc Thanh was responsible for structural works, finishing, and MEP systems. The project commenced in January 2019 and was completed in July 2019, ensuring the investor’s requirements for schedule, quality, and technical standards.

The project contributes to enhancing yarn production capacity, meeting export demands, and promoting the textile industry in Tay Ninh Province.
