The LUAN GARMENT FACTORY – SEWING WORKSHOP NO. 3, invested by LU AN Garment Co., Ltd., is located at Binh Hoa Industrial Park, Chau Thanh District, An Giang Province.
The project consists of a single-story building with a total construction floor area of 20,400 m², including the garment workshop and auxiliary infrastructure.
Phuoc Thanh Construction was responsible for civil construction, finishing works, and MEP systems for Sewing Workshop No. 3 and its infrastructure. The project commenced in February 2018 and was completed in December 2020, ensuring schedule compliance, quality, and the technical standards required by the Client.
This project has contributed to enhancing production capacity, meeting the demand for garment processing for export, and promoting the industrial and economic development of An Giang Province.
