The Lu Thai Spinning Mill is an investment project by Lu Thai Vietnam Co., Ltd., with a total capital of USD 60 million, located in Tan Hoi 1 Industrial Cluster, Tan Hoi Commune, Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province. The project specializes in producing yarn and colorless OE yarn, with no dyeing process involved during production.

The Lu Thai Spinning Mill project was granted the Investment Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Tay Ninh Province, with 100% foreign capital – including USD 30 million in equity and USD 30 million in loans. The factory is located at Lot A3-A9, Tan Hoi 1 Industrial Cluster, Tan Hoi Commune, Tan Chau District.

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Sailun Vietnam Factory Expansion – Phase 2 & Phase 3, a 1-storey building with a total floor area of 98,000 m² in Go Dau, Tay Ninh; commenced in 02/2021 and completed in 07/2023, contributing to enhancing tire production and export capacity in Vietnam.
