The development consists of 20 floors and 2 basement levels, with a total floor area of 198,181 m², featuring residential apartments, amenities, and a fully integrated technical infrastructure.
Phuoc Thanh served as the Design & Build (D&B) general contractor, responsible for the entire construction and finishing works. The project commenced in March 2017 and was completed in December 2020, meeting all deadlines, quality requirements, and safety standards.
Green River contributes to creating a modern living environment, improving housing quality for residents of District 8, and supporting the urban development of Ho Chi Minh City’s western area.
