Phuoc Thanh served as the Design & Build (D&B) general contractor, undertaking full construction and finishing works. The project started in March 2017 and was completed in December 2020, ensuring schedule, quality, and occupational safety.
GREEN RIVER creates a modern living space, improves the housing quality for District 8 residents, and contributes to the urban development of Ho Chi Minh City’s western area.
