The development consists of 01 basement, 20 above-ground floors, and 01 technical floor, with a total construction floor area of 149,912.85 m².

Phuoc Thanh Construction is responsible for the basement and ground floor structural works, finishing, MEPF systems, and landscape infrastructure.

The project commenced in August 2024 and is scheduled for completion in September 2026, delivering a modern, high-quality living environment with synchronized infrastructure for residents in Long An.

Phuoc Thanh, as D&B general contractor, executed construction, finishing, and full M&E works for the Ricca Residential Complex—one basement and eighteen floors above ground, total area 52,010 m²—located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in December 2019 and completed in September 2021, enhancing housing infrastructure and creating a new benchmark for urban living in the city’s eastern corridor.
