The Dai Nguyen Weaving Factory project is invested by Dai Nguyen Textile Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) and is located in Dong Van II Industrial Park, Duy Tien Town, Ha Nam Province.
With a total investment capital of USD 150 million and a construction scale of 62,000 m² on a land area of 24 hectares, this is one of the largest FDI textile projects in Northern Vietnam.

Phuoc Thanh undertook the role of Design & Build General Contractor, bringing to life a modern factory that meets stringent technical requirements and international standards in the textile industry.

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Sailun Vietnam Factory Expansion – Phase 2 & Phase 3, a 1-storey building with a total floor area of 98,000 m² in Go Dau, Tay Ninh; commenced in 02/2021 and completed in 07/2023, contributing to enhancing tire production and export capacity in Vietnam.
