The C.P Ben Tre Animal Feed Factory project was invested by C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company – Aquatic Feed Production and Business Branch, located in Chau Thanh District, Ben Tre Province.

The main workshop covers a total floor area of 15,000 m².

Phuoc Thanh was responsible for the construction of the main workshop. The project commenced in July 2012 and was completed in October 2012.

This project contributes to enhancing aquatic feed production capacity in the Mekong Delta region, creating more jobs and promoting local socio-economic development.

Phuoc Thanh, as D&B general contractor, executed construction, finishing, and full M&E works for the Ricca Residential Complex—one basement and eighteen floors above ground, total area 52,010 m²—located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in December 2019 and completed in September 2021, enhancing housing infrastructure and creating a new benchmark for urban living in the city’s eastern corridor.

Phuoc Thanh is constructing the HEADQUARTERS OFFICE BUILDING OF EVNGENCO3 – a project with 2 basements, 18 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 16,332.42 m² in Thu Duc City. Construction starts in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in December 2027, strengthening EVNGENCO3’s management and operational capacity.
