The Citymark Residence project is developed by Tung My Trading Co., Ltd., located in Phu My Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

The development consists of 02 basement levels and 25 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 132,321 m².

Phuoc Thanh serves as the main contractor, responsible for constructing the foundation, basements, and structural works of the superstructure. The project commenced in February 2023 and is expected to be completed in May 2026, with a strong commitment to meeting schedule and quality standards.

The project is expected to become a key architectural landmark, contributing to improved infrastructure and creating a modern living space in the Phu My area.
