The Charm Hotel project, invested by Phuc Dat Hotel Tourism Co., Ltd., is located in Long Hai Town, Long Dien District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

The development features one basement and 13 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 94,417 m², including a high-rise hotel and a full range of premium service facilities.

Phuoc Thanh undertook construction and finishing works from May 2022 to March 2023, delivering on schedule, with high quality and in line with the investor’s technical standards.

This project contributes to improving luxury hospitality services in Long Hai, promoting local seaside tourism and economic growth.

SAILUN VIETNAM FACTORY EXPANSION – PHASE 2 & PHASE 3

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Sailun Vietnam Factory Expansion – Phase 2 & Phase 3, a 1-storey building with a total floor area of 98,000 m² in Go Dau, Tay Ninh; commenced in 02/2021 and completed in 07/2023, contributing to enhancing tire production and export capacity in Vietnam.
