The CCGRASS Factory Project is invested by Cocreation Grass Corporation Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province.
The facility comprises 03 floors with a total construction floor area of 135,000 m², including a synchronized system of production workshops and auxiliary facilities.

Phuoc Thanh Construction serves as the main contractor, undertaking the entire scope of structural works, construction, and finishing. The project commenced in May 2024 and is scheduled for completion in March 2026, ensuring compliance with progress, quality, and technical standards set by the investor.

Upon operation, the project will contribute to the promotion of industrial production, generate employment opportunities, and enhance the economic value of Tay Ninh Province.
