The ACHEM TECHNOLOGY FACTORY is a modern industrial facility with a total gross floor area of 30,000 m², for which Phước Thành served as the General Contractor. The project is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP I), Binh Duong Province, one of Vietnam’s key industrial zones attracting significant foreign investment.

Wholly invested by Yem Chio Group (Taiwan), the plant is equipped with advanced production lines and supplies products to major partners such as Pao Chen Group, Thien Long, and Cao Nghệ Adhesive Tape. Achem’s products are widely distributed across international markets, including Asia and the United States.

The project’s on-time, safe, and high-quality delivery stands as a testament to Phước Thành’s proven capabilities as a general contractor in industrial construction.
