Phuoc Thanh acted as the D&B general contractor for the Green River project – a 20-story building with 2 basement levels and a total area of 198,181 m² in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City. Construction began in March 2017 and was completed in December 2020, delivering a modern living environment and supporting the urban growth of western Ho Chi Minh City.

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural frame and architectural works for the Binh Chieu Apartment Complex—a 17-storey, 1-basement development with a total floor area of 21,000 m² in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City—commenced in September 2018 and completed in October 2019, adding to the high-quality housing stock of the city’s northeastern gateway.

The Summit – Da Nang project, invested by Dat Kinh Tuyen No. 1 Co., Ltd., is located in Son Tra District with a scale of 1 basement floor, 20 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 43,000 m². Phuoc Thanh constructed the main structure, delivering on time and to technical standards, contributing to the supply of premium apartments and the development of Da Nang’s urban infrastructure.

Phuoc Thanh served as the design & build general contractor for the Centana Thu Thiem project – a 2-basement, 2-block development (31 floors and 15 floors) with a total floor area of 74,000 m² in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 04/2016 and completed in 02/2019.

Khoi Thanh Apartment – A 25-storey residential building with 3 basement levels and a gross floor area of 90,000 m², executed by Phuoc Thanh as the General Contractor in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, delivering a modern and comfortable living space for residents.

Phuoc Thanh acted as the general contractor for construction, finishing, and MEP works of The CBD Premium Home – a project with 2 basements, 22 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 95,000 m² in Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2; commenced in 08/2013 and completed in 06/2016.

Phuoc Thanh acted as the Main Contractor for the architectural finishing and surrounding infrastructure of Block A of the Opal Boulevard project, which comprises 2 blocks of 35 floors, subdivided into 4 towers (A1, A2, B1, and B2) with a total of 1,446 apartments.

Phuoc Thanh served as the General Contractor for the basement structure, superstructure, finishing works, and MEP systems of Phuc Dat Tower, comprising two 30-storey blocks with 724 apartments, located on a site of over 6,000 m² in Binh Duong.

Phuoc Thanh executed the basement structure, superstructure, and finishing works for the OSIMI PHU MY APARTMENT COMPLEX, consisting of 3 residential blocks with 18 stories above ground, 1 basement, and 642 apartments ranging from 49–70 m².
