Phuoc Thanh carried out the construction and full finishing of Celadon City (Block A7, D & E) – comprising 01 basement and 12 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 120,000 m² in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 02/2016 and completed in 04/2018.

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural works, finishing (excluding aluminium and glazing), and M&E systems for the Phuoc Kien Lavila Villa Complex—a 3-storey development with a total floor area of 15,000 m² in Phuoc Kien A Residential Area, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City—commenced in September 2017 and completed in September 2018, helping to improve the quality of the residential community and foster local urban growth.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the underground construction works for Zones A and B of the Ly Thuong Kiet Social Housing Apartment Complex in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City; groundbreaking on 26/09/2019, contributing to increasing the supply of social housing for city residents.

Phuoc Thanh executed the construction and finishing of Wilton Tower – a 24-storey, 1-basement residential tower with a total floor area of 65,000 m² in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 03/2017 and completed in 06/2018.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the construction of the foundation, basement, and superstructure for the Saigon Avenue project – comprising 01 basement, 26 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 46,200 m² in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 02/2018 and completed in 01/2019.

Phuoc Thanh undertook the new-build construction for Block A and Block B of the IJC Aroma High-end Apartment project—a 1-basement, 18-storey development with a gross floor area of 45,000 m² in Binh Duong New City—commenced in December 2010 and completed in August 2011, contributing to the premium housing supply and the urban development of Binh Duong.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the structural works of the Citrine Apartment – a 16-storey, 1-basement residential building with a total floor area of 25,000 m² in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 04/2018 and completed in 02/2019, contributing to the quality housing supply in East Saigon.

Phuoc Thanh executed the foundation, basement, and superstructure works for the Hoa Phuong – Zen Tower Apartment project—1 basement, 18 above-ground storeys, with a gross floor area of 54,000 m² in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City—commenced in July 2017 and completed in September 2018, contributing to the growth of the textile–garment sector and the local economy.

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural construction, finishing works, and M&E systems for the Thu Thiem Sky Thao Dien high-rise apartment project—26,250 m² in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City—commenced in May 2014 and completed in February 2016, contributing to the premium housing supply and the development of the Thao Dien – Thu Thiem urban area.
