Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Radian Jinyu (Vietnam) Tire Factory – Phase 1, a 2-storey building with a total floor area of 19,250 m² at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh; commenced in 06/2020 and completed in 11/2020, meeting technical standards and schedule, contributing to the enhancement of local industrial production capacity.

Phuoc Thanh acted as the general contractor for construction, finishing, and MEP works of the JINYU TIRE Factory – a 2-storey project with a total floor area of 19,250 m² at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh, commenced in 06/2020 and completed in 11/2020.

Hailide Vietnam Fabric Workshop – a 74,588 m² civil construction project in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh, executed by Phuoc Thanh, including functional buildings and synchronized infrastructure.

Phuoc Thanh Construction is the main contractor for the CCGRASS Factory Project – a 3-floor facility with a total floor area of 135,000 m² at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh. The project commenced in May 2024 and will be completed in March 2026, contributing to local industrial development and economic growth.

Phuoc Thanh executed the overall construction of the Eagle – Dong Nai Factory Project, an industrial facility with a total floor area of 45,000 m² at Bien Hoa II Industrial Park, Dong Nai; commenced in 10/2024 and completed in 12/2024, contributing to enhanced production capacity and regional economic growth.

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural works, finishing, and MEP systems for the Luthai Tan Chau Spinning Mill – a single-story facility with a total floor area of 26,000 m² at Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster, Tay Ninh; commenced in January 2019 and completed in July 2019, contributing to enhanced yarn production capacity and the development of the regional textile industry.

Phuoc Thanh constructed the Vietnam Zirconium Compound Manufacturing Plant – Phase 1, a 40,000 m² facility located at Cai Mep Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau; commenced in June 2013 and completed in February 2014, contributing to the development of the rare chemicals sector and zircon deep-processing in Vietnam.
