Phước Thành undertook the reinforced concrete (RC) works for the Utility & FDC Zones of the SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS COMPLEX (HCMC CE Complex) – one of Samsung Korea’s key electronic manufacturing projects in Ho Chi Minh City with a total investment of up to USD 1.4 billion.

Phuoc Thanh – Design & Build General Contractor for a 62,000 m² weaving factory in Ha Nam. In partnership with Dai Nguyen Group (Taiwan) on a USD 150 million investment project, Phuoc Thanh brought to life a state-of-the-art weaving facility in Dong Van II Industrial Park, contributing to elevating Vietnam’s textile industry.

Phước Thành – General contractor for the 30,000 m² Cerubo Japan Paint Factory at Kim Huy Industrial Park, Bình Dương.

Phuoc Thanh was responsible for completing the office building within the COFIDEC Processing Plant, contributing to the enhancement of infrastructure supporting agricultural and aquatic export activities at Vinh Loc Industrial Park.

Phước Thành executed construction and finishing works for JFE’s factory – a Japanese-standard FDI project in Đồng Nai.

Since 2016, Phuoc Thanh has proudly been a trusted partner of Sailun Vietnam, delivering numerous key construction packages, including the OTR Workshop – Phase II, a major production expansion project aligned with Sailun Group’s global investment strategy.

With the role of main contractor for structural works, finishing, and MEP systems, Phuoc Thanh Construction contributed to realizing the Lu Thai Spinning Mill – a 100% foreign-invested project with a total value of USD 60 million, located in Tan Hoi 1 Industrial Cluster, Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province.

Phuoc Thanh constructed the new factory for Far Eastern Apparel at VSIP I Industrial Park, Binh Duong, contributing to the expansion of the Taiwan-based Group’s garment export capacity in Vietnam.

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP installation for LU AN GARMENT FACTORY – PHASE II, including Sewing Workshop No. 3 and supporting infrastructure, with a total construction floor area of 20,400 m².
