TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY OF THE ST. MORITZ PROJECT
On the morning of 8 April 2021, Dat Xanh Group and Phuoc Thanh Construction Company held the Topping-Out Ceremony of the ST. Moritz Project at Pham Van Dong Boulevard, Thu Duc City.
The topping-out event marked the evaluation of the construction process and the contractor’s progress, signifying readiness for the roof-slab concrete pouring. Immediately afterwards, construction will accelerate to complete the fire-prevention system, mechanical and electrical systems, and other internal amenities to ensure on-schedule handover as committed.
Located on the arterial Pham Van Dong Boulevard (Thu Duc City), ST. Moritz covers an area of more than 2,400 m² and consists of a 20-storey tower. Construction commenced in May 2020, during a period when the Covid-19 pandemic had not yet been brought under control. After less than one year, the ST. Moritz apartment and office tower has officially topped out, reaffirming the investor’s capability and commitment to providing high-quality office and residential supply for the eastern Ho Chi Minh City market.
