TOOLBOX MEETING – SAFETY CULTURE AT PHUOC THANH
09/30/2025

At Phuoc Thanh, workplace safety is always a core value in every construction activity. We understand that a project can only be truly solid when it is built upon a foundation of safety and responsibility. Along this journey, the Toolbox Meeting (TBM) is regarded as an essential practice, indispensable at all construction sites.

Held every Monday morning before work shifts, TBM is not merely a short safety briefing. It is a moment when all staff and workers exchange ideas, share real-life experiences, and review potential risks that may arise during construction.
TBMs at Phuoc Thanh often focus on:
  • Announcing the work plan and assigning daily tasks.

  • Analysing potential hazards to propose appropriate risk-control measures.

  • Reviewing intersections between work teams to ensure coordination and minimise conflicts.

  • Drawing lessons from previous situations to continuously improve work processes.

Thanks to this, TBM has become the foundation for early hazard identification and elimination, while enhancing the safety skills and awareness of the entire workforce.

Over the years, TBM has gone beyond the framework of a regular meeting. It has become a unique cultural trait that clearly embodies the spirit of “Safety First.” Every member of Phuoc Thanh – from the site management team to the workers – actively preserves and spreads this spirit through even the smallest actions.
For us, construction is not only about creating quality projects but also about building a safe working environment – a place where everyone can dedicate themselves with peace of mind and take pride in the value they create. The Toolbox Meeting stands as the clearest testimony to the enduring safety culture at Phuoc Thanh.
