On the morning of July 30, 2025, Phuoc Thanh Construction Joint Stock Company officially commenced the HFIC Commercial – Service Office Headquarters Project, located at 33 – 35 – 37 – 39 Pasteur Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was held solemnly with the attendance of the leadership of Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company (HFIC), Phuoc Thanh’s Board of Directors, consultants, and supervisors.
The project consists of 14 above-ground floors and 3 basements, designed with a modern style that harmonizes with the landscape of downtown Ho Chi Minh City, meeting green architecture standards – energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Văn – Deputy General Director of HFIC, stated that HFIC is a key project that has been carefully prepared after an extended period of collaboration among relevant parties. The project has officially met all legal requirements for groundbreaking and aims to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.
Also speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Hòa – Party Secretary and Chairman of HFIC’s Members’ Council – emphasized that the building is not only the new headquarters of HFIC but also a significant milestone demonstrating HFIC’s commitment to accompanying the city’s development. The project is expected to contribute to strengthening financial technology infrastructure, laying the foundation for Ho Chi Minh City to gradually become an international financial center. He also expressed trust that all participating parties will cooperate effectively, ensure on-schedule construction, meet quality and aesthetic standards, and comply strictly with regulations.
