On the morning of October 10, 2025, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation and Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership between the enterprise and the university in training and developing high-quality human resources.
