To enhance construction expertise and stay updated on advanced waterproofing solutions, Phước Thành Construction Joint Stock Company organized a specialized training session on “Waterproofing Technology in the Vietnamese Market” this morning, April 19, 2025. The session was attended by over 40 Project Site Managers and Deputy Site Managers from projects nationwide.
The training session, organized by the HR Department, was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation. This ensured that representatives from all construction sites could attend. The program was designed with a practical orientation, tailored to the needs of on-site construction implementation.
Led by Mr. Lê Tuấn Việt, Technical Director of LeafSeal, the session delivered in-depth knowledge and practical experience covering key topics such as:
- Current realities and challenges in waterproofing construction
- Common material solutions and techniques available in the market
- Effective coordination among three parties: design, construction, and waterproofing contractors
- Analysis and lessons learned from specific on-site situations
The training atmosphere was lively and open, with site managers directly sharing difficulties encountered during construction, while collaboratively discussing and proposing solutions. Specific scenarios were analyzed in detail, creating a strong connection between theory and practice, thereby enhancing the ability to respond to and resolve issues on-site.
