Aiming to enhance project management capabilities and update modern management methods, Phước Thành Construction Joint Stock Company organized a specialized training session on “Project Management from the Perspectives of the Investor and General Contractor.” The program was attended by the Board of Directors and over 30 key management personnel, including Project Directors and Site Managers from major projects.
On the morning of April 5, 2025, Phước Thành successfully held an internal training session on “Sharing Project Management Experience from the Perspectives of the Investor and General Contractor.” The aim was to create a forum for the management team to enhance their awareness, update their in-depth knowledge, and access new operational mindsets in the construction industry.
The training session was led by Mr. Huỳnh Văn Viên, Project Director at REE Corp, who possesses many years of direct experience managing large-scale projects as an Investor’s representative. Through practical teaching methods and specific examples, the expert provided in-depth insights into:
- Roles and responsibilities of parties in project management
- Differences in expectations and evaluation criteria between the Investor and the General Contractor
- Key factors in controlling progress, quality, cost, and safety
- Essential skills to enhance coordination efficiency in project implementation
Beyond the specialized content, the training session also provided an opportunity for key personnel to share practical experiences and collectively address common challenges encountered during project implementation. This also marks the kick-off for an in-depth training program, aimed at building a professional workforce that can adapt well to the rapid changes in the market.
