On August 26, Phuoc Thanh successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ready-Built Factory and Warehouse Project at Lot C2, Binh Chieu Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City, with HiTech – Binh Chieu Joint Stock Company as the Investor. The ceremony took place in a solemn yet open atmosphere, marking a significant milestone and the promising start of cooperation between the two parties.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the People’s Committee of Tam Binh Ward, representatives of the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones, the Investor HiTech – Binh Chieu, consulting and supervision units, the General Contractor Phuoc Thanh, as well as distinguished guests, partners, and department heads and deputies.
The project covers a total floor area of 20,000 m², including foundation piles, structural works, finishing, MEP systems, and external landscaping. With over 20 years of experience and nearly 100 factory and warehouse projects delivered, Phuoc Thanh is committed to providing superior quality, absolute safety, and on-time handover.
The ceremony was not only the beginning of the project but also a testament to the sustainable cooperation between HiTech – Binh Chieu and Phuoc Thanh, while contributing to the industrial development of Ho Chi Minh City.
