GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF THE OPAL BOULEVARD HIGH-RISE COMMERCIAL APARTMENT PROJECT – BINH DUONG

Congratulations on the successful groundbreaking ceremony of the Opal Boulevard high-rise commercial apartment project, which took place on the morning of March 2, 2020.

Project Scale:
Opal Boulevard consists of 2 blocks (A and B), each 35 stories high, divided into 4 towers: A1, A2, B1, and B2, providing a total of 1,446 apartments.

• Tower A1: ~278 standard apartments + 7 commercial-service units

• Tower A2: 287 standard apartments + 1 commercial-service unit

• Tower B1: 437 standard apartments + 8 commercial-service units

• Tower B2: 444 standard apartments + 6 commercial-service units

Facilities:
The integrated internal facilities of Opal Boulevard meet the living needs of residents, including: children’s climbing playground, children’s play area, BBQ area, smoking area, internal roads, sidewalks, courtyards, fire lanes, and basement access roads.
