Draft contracts as requested.

Check the legality of contracts as required.

Review and initial contracts before submitting them to the General Director.

Prepare standard contract templates for internal use across departments.

Debt Collection Support

Review debt payment notices before sending to customers/hospitals.

Coordinate with the debt collection team to apply legal measures for recovering debts.

Corporate Legal Affairs

Carry out business registration procedures for the company and subsidiaries.

Process other licenses as requested by the Board of Directors (if any).

Coordinate with departments to obtain necessary licenses for company operations.

Draft meeting minutes, resolutions, and corporate documents such as charter, member register, and capital contribution certificates.

Review and revise internal company documents to ensure legal compliance.
