MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN | HCM

• Perform maintenance and repair of electrical systems and machinery in the factory.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, electrical control panels, lighting systems, and automation equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Prepare tools, materials, and spare parts required for maintenance and repair work.
• Analyse the root causes of equipment failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Intermediate Diploma or Technical Certificate in Industrial Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 months of experience in electrical maintenance and machinery repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of electrical control systems and industrial automation equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Hard-working, responsible, and committed to complying with company policies and safety regulations.
