- Participate in the design of residential apartment buildings, mixed-use commercial developments, shophouses, villas, industrial factories, and other construction projects.
- Develop architectural concepts and prepare design proposals from initial concepts through detailed design.
- Prepare architectural designs, technical drawings, and architectural specifications in accordance with assignments from the Lead Architect.
- Ensure all designs comply with current codes, standards, and regulations while meeting the Client’s requirements for each project.
- Proactively coordinate with Lead Engineers and other design disciplines to ensure effective project execution.
- Present design proposals to the Board of Directors for approval prior to submission to the Client.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
