INTERNAL CONTEST “PHUOC THANH MOMENTS”

I. Introduction

Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation proudly launches the internal contest “Phuoc Thanh Moments” – a creative and connecting playground for all employees and engineers working at Phuoc Thanh nationwide.

The contest aims to capture authentic moments, honoring the spirit of passionate, safe, and united work – portraying the stories behind each project while spreading Phuoc Thanh’s corporate culture and brand values.

With the theme “Beyond Structures – We Build Stories”, the contest affirms that beyond constructing solid projects, Phuoc Thanh people are also building stories, memories, and lasting values together.

II. Categories

The contest includes 3 categories: Photo, Short Video, Slideshow/Design.

III. Submission Guidelines

Participants may submit their works in the following ways:

Option 1. Send directly to the “Phuoc Thanh Moments” Zalo group [ https://zalo.me/g/ivjcir210 ] for Organizing Committee review and support (if needed).

Option 2. Upload to Google Drive ➝ Send link to email: nhinguyen@ptcons.comRequired information:

– Project name

– Full name

– Work title/theme

– Short description/message (max 500 words for photos; 250 words for clips/slideshows)

General rules:

* Each individual may submit up to 03 works.

* Works must be created by the participant within the scope of activities at Phuoc Thanh.

* Only basic light/dark adjustments are allowed, no over-editing.

* If personnel appear in the photo/clip, their consent is required.

IV. Timeline

25/09 – 20/10: Launch & submission period

21/10 – 27/10: Posting of submissions & preliminary voting on fanpage

28/10 – 29/10: Final round

30/10 (Expected): Announcement & Award Ceremony

V. Voting & Judging

Round 1 – Preliminary Voting on Fanpage
Interaction points are calculated as follows:

• 01 like = 1 point

• 01 comment = 2 points

• 01 public share = 5 points

Top 10 submissions with the highest interaction scores will advance to the Final.

Round 2 – Final Judging
The Jury will evaluate based on the following criteria:

• Safety message: 40%

• Content & meaning: 30%

• Creativity & composition: 30%

Note: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel participation and results if any fraudulent or rule-violating actions are detected.

VI. Awards

• 01 First Prize: 5,000,000 VND

• 02 Second Prizes: 2,000,000 VND each

• 03 Third Prizes: 1,000,000 VND each
