Dự án Khu dân cư Sky Villas TTC Land do Công ty Cổ phần Địa ốc Sài Gòn Thương Tín (TTC Land) làm chủ đầu tư, tọa lạc tại quận 7, TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Công trình có quy mô 08 tầng, với tổng diện tích sàn 33.870 m², được phát triển nhằm mang đến không gian sống hiện đại, tiện nghi và đẳng cấp cho cư dân đô thị.

Trong dự án này, Phước Thành đảm nhận gói thầu thi công xây dựng và hoàn thiện, khởi công từ 07/2018 và hoàn thành vào 07/2019.

Công trình hoàn thành đã góp phần khẳng định uy tín của TTC Land trên thị trường bất động sản cao cấp, đồng thời bổ sung thêm một dự án tiêu biểu vào quỹ nhà ở chất lượng tại khu Nam TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
