Công trình có quy mô 6 tầng, tổng diện tích sàn 52.200 m².
Phước Thành đảm nhận thi công xây dựng, hoàn thiện và hệ thống cơ điện (MEP); khởi công từ tháng 11/2015 và hoàn thành tháng 10/2021, bảo đảm tiến độ, chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của chủ đầu tư.
Công trình góp phần mở rộng hạ tầng sản xuất công nghệ cao, hỗ trợ hoạt động nghiên cứu – phát triển, đồng thời thúc đẩy sự phát triển công nghiệp công nghệ cao tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
