Directly supervise and ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations at construction sites, reminding workers to maintain personal and collective safety.

Provide feedback and recommendations to the project management board and construction teams on safe construction methods, propose improvements to minimize accidents and ensure safety for personnel and equipment.

Prepare reports and handle violations of site regulations according to Vietnamese law or project regulations.

Guide and assist in accident reporting and investigation procedures (if any incidents occur).

Alert supervisors about all safety issues, incidents, or accidents on site.

Suspend and promptly handle any violations of safety management during all construction phases, ensuring safety requirements are met.
