Keep and manage contract terms with clients to understand the schedule, delivery methods, product types, and quality standards for warehouse import and export.

Inspect materials and goods stored in the warehouse.

Promptly report to relevant departments to forecast and ensure adequate materials for production supply.

Maintain detailed tracking records for each type of material, goods, and asset. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory and stock movement reports.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
