The development comprises 2 floors, with a total construction floor area of 19,250 m², aiming to expand tire production capacity to meet both domestic and international market demands.

Phuoc Thanh served as the general contractor for construction, finishing, and MEP works, commenced in 06/2020 and completed in 11/2020, fulfilling all requirements in terms of schedule, quality, and technical standards.

The project contributes to enhancing tire production capacity and promoting economic growth in Tay Ninh Province.
