The International Buddhist Conference Center project is located in Tan Kien Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested by the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha. The development includes a conference block (2 basement levels, 6 above-ground floors, and a roof structure) and a service block (1 basement level and 3 above-ground floors). The project is designed with modern architecture, meeting international standards.

Phuoc Thanh undertakes the role of structural works and MEP system contractor. The project commenced on October 15, 2024, and is expected to be completed in Q2/2026.

Phuoc Thanh executes the construction of the Cultural, Sports, and Recreation Square in Can Gio District, with a total area of over 9.4 hectares, scheduled for completion in April 2026.

Phuoc Thanh is the general contractor for the S.I.S STROKE TREATMENT SPECIALIZED RESEARCH AND TRAINING CENTER – a project with 1 basement, 11 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 40,430 m² at the High-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City. Construction commences in July 2025 and is expected to be completed in February 2026, fostering the growth of international service infrastructure.

PEOPLE’S SECURITY UNIVERSITY – MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY

Phuoc Thanh carried out the renovation, upgrading, and new-build expansion of the 13,000 m² People’s Security University in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City; construction began in September 2009 and was completed in July 2011, strengthening the university’s modern training infrastructure for the security and police forces.

Phuoc Thanh, as general contractor, executed the construction of Inschool Ben Cat Primary & Secondary School – a 3-storey building with a total floor area of 8,177 m² at Mega City, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong; commenced in 12/2023 and completed in 05/2024, contributing to enhancing the region’s high-quality educational infrastructure.
