The Ricca Residential Complex, located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, is invested by Dien Phuc Thanh Construction and Housing Business Co., Ltd. This high-rise apartment development integrates green living spaces with a comprehensive system of on-site amenities, helping to establish a modern, civilised community in the eastern part of the city.

The project comprises one basement level and eighteen above-ground storeys, with a total gross floor area of 52,010 m². Phuoc Thanh Construction serves as the Design & Build (D&B) general contractor, responsible for structural works, finishing, and the complete mechanical–electrical (M&E) systems. Construction commenced in December 2019 and was completed in September 2021, contributing to improved residential infrastructure and setting a new standard of living for the area’s residents.

Phuoc Thanh is constructing the HEADQUARTERS OFFICE BUILDING OF EVNGENCO3 – a project with 2 basements, 18 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 16,332.42 m² in Thu Duc City. Construction starts in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in December 2027, strengthening EVNGENCO3’s management and operational capacity.

Phuoc Thanh executed the structural, finishing, MEP, and internal infrastructure works for the 23-storey, one-basement, 41,451 m² Precia Apartment in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City; construction began in February 2020 and was completed in March 2022, adding modern high-rise housing and improving local urban infrastructure.
