The Vinamilk Lam Dong Dairy Farm Project, invested by Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company – Vinamilk, is located in Tutra Commune, Don Duong District, Lam Dong Province.

The facility covers an area of 93,100 m² and includes the construction of a modern dairy farm.

Phuoc Thanh was responsible for the entire construction of the farm. The project commenced in August 2011 and was completed in April 2012. This project contributes to enhancing the production capacity of high-quality fresh milk, promoting dairy farming, and supporting agricultural economic development in Lam Dong.

Phuoc Thanh, as D&B general contractor, executed construction, finishing, and full M&E works for the Ricca Residential Complex—one basement and eighteen floors above ground, total area 52,010 m²—located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in December 2019 and completed in September 2021, enhancing housing infrastructure and creating a new benchmark for urban living in the city’s eastern corridor.

Phuoc Thanh is constructing the HEADQUARTERS OFFICE BUILDING OF EVNGENCO3 – a project with 2 basements, 18 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 16,332.42 m² in Thu Duc City. Construction starts in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in December 2027, strengthening EVNGENCO3’s management and operational capacity.
