The C.P Dong Nai Factory Project, invested by C.P Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company – Factory No.5 Branch, is located in Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province.

The facility consists of 2 floors with a total floor area of 60,000 m², including the main factory building, drainage system, internal roads, electrical system, electronic weighing house, and fire protection system.

Phuoc Thanh undertook the construction of the entire factory and infrastructure. The project commenced in May 2019 and was completed in November 2019. This project contributes to expanding organic fertilizer production capacity, promoting sustainable agriculture, and supporting green development in Dong Nai and neighboring provinces.

Phuoc Thanh, as D&B general contractor, executed construction, finishing, and full M&E works for the Ricca Residential Complex—one basement and eighteen floors above ground, total area 52,010 m²—located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in December 2019 and completed in September 2021, enhancing housing infrastructure and creating a new benchmark for urban living in the city’s eastern corridor.

Construction starts in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in December 2027, strengthening EVNGENCO3’s management and operational capacity.
