The Phuoc Kien Lavila Villa Complex is invested by Phuoc Kien Investment Co., Ltd., located in Phuoc Kien A Residential Area, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The development comprises 3 floors with a total gross floor area of 15,000 m², including structural works, finishing, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems.

Phuoc Thanh Construction was responsible for structural works, finishing (excluding aluminium and glazing), and M&E systems. Construction commenced in September 2017 and was completed in September 2018, meeting the investor’s requirements for schedule, quality, and technical standards.

The project enhances the quality of the residential area, meets the demand for high-end housing in Nha Be, and contributes to the district’s urban development.

Phuoc Thanh executed construction, finishing, and MEP works for the Sailun Vietnam Factory Expansion – Phase 2 & Phase 3, a 1-storey building with a total floor area of 98,000 m² in Go Dau, Tay Ninh; commenced in 02/2021 and completed in 07/2023, contributing to enhancing tire production and export capacity in Vietnam.
