The IJC Aroma High-end Apartment project is invested by Becamex IJC and located in Binh Duong New City, Binh Duong Province.

The development consists of 1 basement and 18 above-ground storeys with a total gross floor area of 45,000 m², comprising two towers: Block A and Block B.

Phuoc Thanh Construction executed the new-build works for Block A and Block B, commencing in December 2010 and completing in August 2011, meeting the investor’s requirements for schedule, quality, and technical standards.

The project contributes to the supply of premium housing, enhances the urban landscape, and meets the residential demand of Binh Duong’s growing community.
