The Citrine Apartment project, invested by Thu Duc House (Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation), is located at 127 Tang Nhon Phu, Phuoc Long B Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.
The development comprises one 16-storey block and one basement, with a total construction floor area of 25,000 m². Designed in a modern style, the project aims to create a comfortable living environment for residents in East Saigon.
In this project, Phuoc Thanh was responsible for the structural construction package, implemented from April 2018 to February 2019. The construction process was strictly controlled in terms of schedule, safety, and quality, meeting all stringent requirements from the investor.
The project’s completion added to the supply of standard housing with integrated technical and social infrastructure, while affirming Phuoc Thanh’s capability in executing high-rise residential projects.
