The Hoa Phuong – Zen Tower Apartment project is developed by Ha Long Yarn Company Limited and is located in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.

The development comprises 1 basement and 18 above-ground storeys with a total gross floor area of 54,000 m², including both civil and high-tech construction components.

Phuoc Thanh Construction undertook the foundation, basement, and superstructure works. Construction commenced in July 2017 and was completed in September 2018, meeting the investor’s requirements for schedule, quality, and technical standards.

The project contributes to strengthening production capacity, advancing the textile and garment industry, and fostering economic growth in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
