The Thu Thiem Sky Thao Dien Apartment project is developed by Thu Thiem Investment Joint Stock Company and is located in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

This high-rise residential development has a total gross floor area of 26,250 m² and comprises modern apartments together with on-site amenities.

Phuoc Thanh Construction undertook the building, finishing, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works. Construction commenced in May 2014 and was completed in February 2016, meeting the investor’s requirements for schedule, quality, and technical standards.

The project adds to the supply of premium apartments and enhances the urban landscape of the Thao Dien – Thu Thiem area.
