The Vinatex Building project is invested by Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) and is located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

The development comprises 1 basement and 24 above-ground storeys with a total gross floor area of 13,442 m². It is designed as a modern office complex serving the Group’s management, research, and development operations.

In this project, Phuoc Thanh Construction undertakes the packages for structural works, mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, fire protection (FPP), elevator installation, and shell & core finishing. Construction commenced in June 2020 and is scheduled for completion in December 2024. The works are executed to high technical standards, strictly complying with safety regulations and project timelines.

Upon commissioning, the building will become the strategic headquarters of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group and a contemporary architectural landmark in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the construction and full finishing of Celadon City (Block A7, D & E) – comprising 01 basement and 12 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 120,000 m² in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in 02/2016 and completed in 04/2018.

Phuoc Thanh acted as general contractor for the TTC Plaza Duc Trong Shopping Centre—a 5-storey commercial building with a floor area of 10,000 m² in Duc Trong District, Lam Dong Province—commenced in May 2018 and completed in March 2019, contributing to the growth of commerce and services while enhancing the local urban landscape.
