The Binh Chieu Lot H – TDH Riverview Apartment Complex is invested by Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thu Duc House). It is located at the frontage of Street No. 6 and Ngo Chi Quoc Street, Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project comprises 17 above-ground storeys and 1 basement level, with a total gross floor area of 21,000 m². It is master-planned to meet the growing residential demand in the northeastern gateway of the city.

Phuoc Thanh Construction undertook the structural frame and architectural works package, commencing on 11 September 2018 and completing in October 2019. Throughout execution, Phuoc Thanh strictly adhered to technical standards to ensure quality, schedule compliance, and occupational safety.

The completed development contributes to the supply of high-quality housing in Ho Chi Minh City and reaffirms Phuoc Thanh’s reputation and capability in high-rise residential construction.
