The Summit Apartment Project – Da Nang is developed by Dat Kinh Tuyen No. 1 Co., Ltd., located in Son Tra District, Da Nang City.
The project consists of 1 basement floor and 20 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 43,000 m², including high-end apartments and internal amenities.
Phuoc Thanh was responsible for constructing the main structural works of the apartment complex, starting in July 2011 and completing in May 2012, ensuring schedule, quality, and the investor’s technical standards.
The project contributes to supplying more premium apartments, promoting urban infrastructure development, and boosting the real estate market in Da Nang.

Phuoc Thanh carried out the renovation, upgrading, and new-build expansion of the 13,000 m² People’s Security University in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City; construction began in September 2009 and was completed in July 2011, strengthening the university’s modern training infrastructure for the security and police forces.
