The Kim Tin MDF Chon Thanh artificial board manufacturing plant is one of the key industrial projects in Binh Phuoc Province constructed by Phuoc Thanh.

With a designed production capacity of 438,000 m³ of MDF boards per year and an integrated rental factory area, the project aims to expand production capacity and enhance the value of the wood processing industry in the region.

Phuoc Thanh was in charge of the entire construction, finishing, and MEP systems for the facility, with a total floor area of 55,000 m², ensuring strict adherence to schedule and technical standards for one of the largest interior material production complexes in Southern Vietnam.

CAN SPORT VIETNAM FACTORY – TAY NINH

Phuoc Thanh constructed the factory, infrastructure, and foundation piles for the Can Sport Vietnam Factory – a project in Duong Minh Chau District, Tay Ninh; commenced in August 2011 and completed in May 2015, contributing to production capacity enhancement and local economic development.

CAU KIEU LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE & LIGHTING PROJECT

Phuoc Thanh executed the landscape architecture and artistic lighting works for Cau Kieu, District 1 – Ho Chi Minh City; construction commenced in April 2014 and was completed in October 2014, contributing to urban landscape enhancement and the modernisation of the city centre.

Phuoc Thanh executed the full construction of the Vinamilk Lam Dong Dairy Farm – a facility covering 93,100 m² in Tutra Commune, Don Duong District; commenced in August 2011 and completed in April 2012.
