The landscape architecture and urban lighting project for Bong Bridge, Le Van Sy Bridge, and Kieu Bridge is a key urban enhancement work in Ho Chi Minh City, executed by Phuoc Thanh.

The project creates architectural highlights in the city center, combining green landscape elements with a modern and synchronized lighting system, contributing to improved living space, transportation, and urban environment.

Phuoc Thanh undertook the landscape architecture works and installed the urban lighting system for these three important bridges, bringing a modern and friendly outlook to the central areas.

RICCA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Phuoc Thanh, as D&B general contractor, executed construction, finishing, and full M&E works for the Ricca Residential Complex—one basement and eighteen floors above ground, total area 52,010 m²—located in Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; commenced in December 2019 and completed in September 2021, enhancing housing infrastructure and creating a new benchmark for urban living in the city’s eastern corridor.

Phuoc Thanh Construction is the general contractor for the Masteri Trinity Square Project – comprising 03 towers of 27 floors, 02 basements, and a total floor area of 182,649 m² in Hung Yen. Construction began in November 2024 and is expected to be completed in May 2027, creating a premium and modern residential space.

Phuoc Thanh is constructing the HEADQUARTERS OFFICE BUILDING OF EVNGENCO3 – a project with 2 basements, 18 above-ground floors, and a total floor area of 16,332.42 m² in Thu Duc City. Construction starts in May 2025 and is expected to be completed in December 2027, strengthening EVNGENCO3’s management and operational capacity.
