Phuoc Thanh Construction was responsible for the complete civil construction and finishing works of the project, implemented from March 2017 to July 2017, ensuring compliance with the schedule, quality, and the technical standards required by the Client.

This project has contributed to enhancing educational infrastructure, meeting the demand for training and research, while providing students with a modern learning environment.

Construction commences in July 2025 and is expected to be completed in February 2026, fostering the growth of international service infrastructure.

PEOPLE’S SECURITY UNIVERSITY – MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY

Phuoc Thanh carried out the renovation, upgrading, and new-build expansion of the 13,000 m² People’s Security University in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City; construction began in September 2009 and was completed in July 2011, strengthening the university’s modern training infrastructure for the security and police forces.
